Genesis 9:3-5

³Everything ^[a]that moveth and liveth, shall be meat for you: as the ^(A)green herb, have I given you all things.

⁴^(B)^[b]But flesh with the life thereof, I mean, with the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

⁵^[c]For surely I will require your blood, wherein your lives are: at the hands of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of a man’s ^[d]brother will I require the life of man.
